The Bachelor Nation were introduced to 22 Golden Women competing for Gerry’s heart on the Golden Bachelor.
And one contestant who definitely caught Gerry’s eye is Faith Martin.
She made her entrance on a motorcycle and went on to win the First Impression Rose of the very first season.
“I’m proof you can live fast and not die young,” she tells Gerry. “And, if you leave here with me, it will be the ride of your life.”
They shared a sweet kiss after Gerry gave her the first impression rose.
“You made this impression not because you rode in on a motorcycle, not even because you have a beautiful voice and you sang a song to me, but because of what you’re doing right now,” he told her. “You’re making me feel better, special. Faith, would you accept this rose?”
Faith quickly became a Bachelor Nation favorite, with fans wondering how far is she going to make it on the show.

Faith Martin’s ex-husband died a year before she filmed ‘The Golden Bachelor.’
Her ex-husband for 20 years before they divorced. He was 61 years old.
Faith paid tribute to Brett on Facebook: “It’s weird how when we LOVE someone we can never UN-Love them… The pain of loss can feel unbearable,” she wrote.
“Brett Martin came into my life when I was 19 years old,” Faith added. “When we finally kissed and got married 8 days after! We were married 20 years and raised the most AMAZING souls on earth together.”
Faith Is a High School Teacher
Faith taught Broadcast Production to high school students at the Tri-Tech Skills Center in Kennewick, Washington.
