Jason Tartick Replies To Kat Stickler – Breaks Silence on Break up – ‘My Message’ After Our Breakup
Jason Tartick is opening up about life after his breakup with Kat Stickler, admitting that the split has been far from easy while sharing a heartfelt message for anyone going through heartbreak.
The former Bachelorette star addressed the end of his relationship with Stickler during an episode of his Trading Secrets podcast, revealing that the days following their breakup had been emotionally challenging. “That week was tough,” Tartick said, before adding a simple but relatable truth: “Breakups suck.”
“It’s OK Not to Be OK”

Rather than pretending everything was fine, Tartick encouraged listeners to give themselves grace during difficult moments.
“If you’re in a situation where you’re not feeling OK, just know that’s OK,” he shared, explaining that healing takes time and that heartbreak affects everyone differently.
Despite the emotional toll, Tartick said he still honored his professional commitments, including a speaking engagement that he initially dreaded.
Surprisingly, he walked away feeling proud of himself.
“I felt like it was one of the better speeches I ever gave,” he admitted, noting that pushing through the difficult week ultimately helped him regain some confidence.
Jason Shares How He’s Coping

Tartick also revealed the routines that have helped him navigate the breakup.
He credited close friends and family for their support while focusing on healthy habits, including meditation, staying hydrated, spending time in the sauna and making better lifestyle choices. According to Tartick, leaning on loved ones has been one of the biggest factors in helping him move forward.
An Amicable Ending
Jason and Kat announced their split after approximately six months together, describing the breakup as amicable.
In his original statement, Tartick said he was “sad” the relationship had ended but expressed gratitude for everything Stickler brought into his life, including the bond he formed with her daughter, MK.
“Kat has brought me so much happiness and light,” he wrote at the time, adding that he would continue “rooting for her happiness” as they both began new chapters.
Stickler echoed a similar sentiment in her own message, telling followers that although the relationship had ended, “love is never wasted.”
Looking Ahead

While Tartick admitted that the breakup has been painful, his latest comments suggest he’s focused on healing rather than dwelling on the past.
His message was ultimately one of reassurance: heartbreak is difficult, but it’s normal to struggle, and taking care of yourself while leaning on the people who care about you can make all the difference.
