Zach Shallcross Proposes to Kaity Biggar Again – Gives Wedding Updates

Zach Shallcross, who got engaged to Kaity Biggar during the season finale of The Bachelor in 2022, recently proposed to her again—this time in a private, more intimate setting.

The former Bachelor popped the question to Kaity for the second time on their second anniversary!

“How lucky am I to get to say ‘yes’ to you twice! 💍🤍” Kaity Biggar captioned the post, which showcased photos of her showing off her stunning engagement ring.

Zach reshared Kaity’s heartfelt post on his Instagram Stories, adding, “I love you.”

Zach and Kaity moved in together in January 2024, and while they originally planned to get married in 2025, she recently shared that they’re taking their time with their wedding plans

“First off, wedding update. So we had a wedding venue, everything, and we actually just didn’t sign it. So we are floating the boat ourselves on this wedding and having a wedding projected to cost $70K coming out of our pockets is just absolutely insane and not gonna happen,” Kaity shared via TikTok in early November.

“At this point Zach and I are just gonna reevaluate things, take a step back,” she added. “Obviously we want to marry each other. We just want the best venue for the right price tag, as we all do. We also have the rest of our lives together, so it’s like, why are we rushing into anything? We’re just taking it day by day and loving being with each other and building our relationship more and more.”

Kaity and Zach announced a sweet family addition in September. The couple shared the exciting news that they’ve welcomed a new member into their lives.

On September 16, Zach and Kaity introduced their new bundle of joy in a heartwarming TikTok video. The couple first addressed some rumors, clarifying that Kaity wasn’t pregnant.

 So, Zach and I just wanted to pop on here really quickly and address a couple rumors that we’ve seen.” The pair revealed that after an article was published claiming Kaity was pregnant, they were flooded with texts and calls from family and friends asking if it was true.

The couple clarified that, while they weren’t expecting a baby, they did have big news to share— they had added a new furry member to their family! In their TikTok video, Zach stepped away from the camera for a moment, only to return with an adorable puppy they named “Honey.”

Both Kaity and Zach couldn’t stop gushing over their sweet new pup, clearly already smitten with her and excited to start this new chapter together.
