Jenn Tran and Jonathan Go on Their First Date – Read His Note For Jenn

Jenn Tran and Jonthan Johanson have gone on their first date after the Bachelorette finale.

On The Vial Files Podcast, the Bachelorette tells Nick Viall that Jonathan took her on a sushi date and was a complete gentleman.

Jonathan, on another episode of The Vial Files Podcast, explained how he and Jenn ended up shooting two TikTok videos as a friend of his was doing a photoshoot in the Hollywood Hills where he rented out a house and Jenn happened to be nearby in Burbank, California. They decided to meet before she left for Boston and the pair went out on a sushi date.

Jonathan Johnson writes a sweet note for Jenn Tran, as he reflects on why he didn’t receive the final rose from the Bachelorette.

He also teased a California meet-up with Jenn Tran after her break up with Devin Strader.

Here’s Jonathan’s entire note:

“I have never wanted to say something more…

I am so incredibly honored to have been a part of Jenn’s journey! She has been an inspiration to women everywhere and I’m so proud of the way she carried herself throughout this process.

She experienced a situation on a national scale that I would never want to see someone go through. But this WOMAN walked on stage, with her head held high, and handled herself with so much class and beauty that my jaw is on the floor.

Jenn, from me, my family, and anyone that has had the absolute privilege of meeting you, you’re an incredible woman and we are SO proud of your journey. I will be cheering you on as you shake it down on DWTS and all the success after. (Don’t forget who your first patient was)

I know we talked about it a little bit already but I’m stoked to have you here in LA for a little, I know we’ll have some time to make some really awesome memories!

For me, and I hope everyone reading this hears me, go show this woman some love and give her your support! She just put her heart on the line for all of you to see and absolutely KILLED it! I am so sorry that someone had the opportunity to take even a little of the positivity of this experience away from you!

You deserve the world Jennifer Tran! 🙏🏽❤️”

“I’ve never been good at validating my own feelings — I think a lot of people struggle with validating their own feelings,” Jonathan tells People Magazine. “And I’ve found that on the show, especially with Jenn’s help. So I think, moving forward, I’m just going to be like, ‘Hey, do you love this person? Do you like this person? Are you sad? Are you happy? What do you want out of this?’ And just allowing for myself to feel whole.”

“[My family] had nothing but great things to say. And honestly, since it’s aired, and obviously they know that I’m not with her, they’ve been bummed. They’re like, ‘We loved her. She was incredible. We could’ve seen you guys having an amazing life together.’”
