Chris Harrison Reportedly ‘Still Bitter’ Over The Bachelor For THIS Reason
Longtime host Chris Harrison exited the Bachelor franchise last year after holding the position for 19 seasons before he was forced to exit the show after defending a contestant’s racist past.
After Harrison and The Bachelor franchise went splitsville, ABC replaced him with a bunch of hosts for their different shows.
Chris Harrison is reportedly still bitter about leaving the franchise. And the most important — being replaced by former star Jesse Palmer is not being taken very well by the former host of the show.
The source from OK! magazine revealed, “He still feels like he built The Bachelor from the bottom up and didn’t want to leave.”
“Chris has no problem with Jesse personally, but it kills him because everyone is falling over Jesse like he never existed,” The OK! source added. “In his view, Jesse is getting all the glory based on his hard work!” Since the new host has been “knocking it out of the park.”
Chris is allegedly “green with envy.”
Additionally, the insider also revealed that the former host didn’t appreciate alums from the franchise fighting to replace him, calling it “tacky.”
“[Chris] might say he doesn’t hold grudges toward the guest hosts, but part of him thinks it’s tacky of other stars to be gunning for his job so soon,” they revealed. “Chris feels like the way they pushed him out was unfair … He apologized and meant it — though some skeptics still believe he was insincere.”
