Former Bachelor Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell have surprised everyone after they announced to the world that they have to call off their engagement. “The Bachelor” 2016 stars are now enjoying their single lives and as the wedding was nearly impossible at the moment.
“The Bachelor” 2016 couple Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are currently starring in the Freeform reality show “Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After.” which was filmed in advance.
To recall, Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell have a very dramatic episode on their own reality TV show where Ben Higgins has decided to call off their upcoming wedding with Lauren Bushnell after realizing that they are taking things so fast.
“I feel like we have so much to figure out that it’s hard for me at this point to really feel comfortable getting married,” Ben Higgins has told “The Bachelor” 2016 winner Lauren Bushnell during the “Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After” episode. This then sparked reports that the wedding might not happen any longer.
To which Lauren replied “If Ben needs a little more time to feel comfortable getting married, that he should really have it.”
While the couple slammed countless breakup rumors, reports suggest that they are only pretending to be engaged for the sake of publicity.
One of their longstanding issues and the main reason for their break-up is Ben Higgins’ ex and “The Bachelorette” 2017, JoJo Fletcher.
If you can recall, Ben had one of the most controversial seasons of “The Bachelor” after declaring his love for both Lauren and JoJo on the season finale of The Bachelor season 20.
